Careers to love and live by

Introduction

Careers with heart are careers we can love, and careers we can live by. They are careers with heart: they stand the test of time. They careers of the heart. Through better or worse, they allow us to love what we do and do what we love.

Is it possible to enjoy work? The Danes have an interesting word that has no equivalent in English: "arbejdsglaede". Happiness at work.

In this course, we will take you on a journey in which you discover what you really want to do, and where and how you can do it, in the circumstances you are in. We will ask the straight forward questions.

  • Where are you now?
  • Where have you come from?
  • Where are you going?

And we will ask you why. Why did you come here? What is your deepest passion? What are your strengths? What do people love about you? What do you do well? Who wants you to do well? Who are the people who will help you? Who will applaud your success?

By the end of this course, we hope that you will see your career not as something you choose once, but as a something you bring about by following your own passions.

Making the work that you love? Is that possible? Do you dare try?
